Description:

If you or your students are experiencing issues logging into the program, such as the program freezing or sound not playing, clearing your browser cache may help resolve the problem.

Cause of the issue:

Your browser saves some files from our website to help it load faster, which is called caching. However, when we update our programs, your browser may not automatically refresh these files. This can result in differences between the old files saved on your computer and the new files on our servers, which might cause issues. Clearing your browser cache will ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version of our software, helping to resolve these problems quickly.

Solution:

Clear your web browser cache.

Important: Do not clear your cookies! Doing so will require you to re-enter all your saved passwords. You only need to clear cached images, files, and data.

The links below provide general instructions for clearing your browser cache. Make sure not to select the option to clear cookies when clearing the cache. Please only clear cached images, files, and data.

Windows 10/11 MacOS iOS (iPad) Android Chromebook
Chrome Chrome Chrome Chrome Chrome
FireFox FireFox FireFox Browser
Edge Safari Safari
