Make sure you are entering the proper number for the program you are installing or launching. Also, ensure that you input the character Ø as the number 0 and that you include all dashes when inputting the number. Question: I have several of your programs installed. Can I uninstall just one of them? Yes. Please call Technical Support at 1-800-753-3727 for instructions. Question: Can I install Essential Skills programs in separate folders? Yes, but programs installed in separate folders will not share a common Marks Manager. Question: When I run the Marks Manager, I am asked to enter my password, but I haven’t set one. Only one password can be set for all Teacher Tools which include the Marks Manger, the Spelling List Editor and the Database Backup Utility. The password must be shared by all teachers. If you don’t know the password, an override password can be found in the Teacher’s Guide or Teacher Tools and Installation Guide
